Made-to-Order Items

Some apparel and accessories are made especially for you after your order is placed. These items are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, they may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

Local customers may choose Free Local Pickup at checkout on eligible items.

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Most in-stock items are available within 24 hours, while made-to-order items will be ready once production is complete.

Pickup is available by appointment or at select vendor events.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Delays
